Privacy notice

Last updated 31 October 2026

This notice explains what happens to the details you share through anshikasingh.com. The site belongs to Anshika Singh. CHM Inc runs the site and the CraftLady studio desk on her behalf.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, the topic and your message. We also record the time, the page you sent it from, your browser type and your IP address, to prevent abuse.
  • WhatsApp, Instagram and email: whatever you choose to send in those conversations, held by those services under their own privacy policies.

Visit statistics (only if you agree)

The first time you visit, a small bar asks whether we may count your visit. Only if you choose Accept does the site load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (named _ga) and tells us which pages and pieces are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, and which device and browser they use. We use it only to understand which work people enjoy. Advertising features are turned off, and we never send your name, email or message to Google.

If you choose No thanks, nothing is loaded from Google and no cookie is set. Your choice is remembered on your own device for a year (in your browser's local storage, not a cookie). You can change it any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

Separately, our web host Cloudflare counts page views and measures how fast pages load, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites or visits, and does not identify you, so it runs whatever you choose above.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message comes from a person rather than a bot. It looks at technical signals from your browser, usually without asking you to do anything, and sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare also protects the whole site against attacks and abusive traffic.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you order, to arrange the piece, payment and delivery. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Form messages are emailed to [email protected], a mailbox hosted by Yandex, and kept in a private file on the web server, outside the public website. We keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them, unless they relate to an order that we must keep records of.

Payments

UPI payments go through your own UPI app and bank. We see the name and amount that UPI shows us; we never see your bank or card details.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
